You have direct patient contact and learn the administrative inclusion of personal and billing-relevant patient data in compliance with the cost assurance and data protection You learn how stationary and outpatient treatment cases are tested for plausibility and are charged with the cost carriers You also work in the further development of operational processes and in corresponding internal and external projects of the department You're going through various departments and gain insights into hospital financing, hospital accounting, marketing and human resources management
