HR Administrator HR Administration & Time Management (m/f/d)

Individual support of staff administration from entry to exit (contracts, changes in contracts, certificates, certificates, master data maintenance). Responsibility for business and commercial employees; Working time accounts, short periods, shift models and corrections. Preparation and processing of monthly pay bills Contact person for employees in all accounting and administrative questions. Central interface to health insurance companies, authorities, offices and external partners Creation of evaluations, reports and statistics for internal and external purposes. Participation in HR projects, process optimization and the further development of digital HR workflows. Recruiting and Onboarding Support

Completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification in personnel Multiannual professional experience in personnel administration, pay billing or comparable HR Safe handling of MS Office; Experience in SAP – especially in HR modules – is advantageous Good knowledge of labour, tax and social security law Structured, careful working and a high degree of discretion and sense of responsibility Communication strength, team spirit and pleasure in administrative HR processes
