You will work in a diverse and challenging environment: As part of an international and interdisciplinary team of transaction experts (operators, lawyers, tax advisors) (m/w/d), you accompany national and international business transactions in different industries You will carry out complex analyses and evaluate opportunities and risks of companies and transactions. Your focus is on the analysis of the earnings, wealth and liquidity situation in the course of financial due diligence, financial fact book creation or carve-out consulting. You will be involved in the preparation of reports and presentations, summarizing the results of the analyses and presenting recommendations for action. You will then discuss this with the stakeholders. You advise on the design of business purchase contracts based on your analyses.

Successfully completed study of economics with relevant study focus. Practice experiences in the field of audit, financial advisory and/or transaction consulting (for the senior level). Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Good English skills. Joy in working in the team. It's ready for use.
