In this position, you will see a central interface in our Sales Operations area. You work closely on the side of our Senior Sales Operations Manager and support them in the day-to-day business in order processing, interface coordination and administration. Operational support in order processing & data acquisition System-side order processing: collection, processing and testing of orders in the ERP system master data management: installation, updating and continuous maintenance of customer, supplier and product master data Document and portal support: preparation and handling of sales-relevant documents and support in the care of various commercial and customer portals Interface & Logistics Support Speditions- & Lager-Avisierung: Creation of avians and freight letter information for our logistics partners (including Noerpel, SCA Logistik) according to instructions Process tracking: tracking delivery status, tracking numbers and goods items in daily business Incoming goods & Returns: System-side recording of returns and feedback from warehouses Support in Preparatory Accounting Document preparation: Examination of input and output invoices as well as upload/order for accounting Mahnwesen: Implementation of payment balances and care of routine scales Documentation: Deposit of invoices, freight documents and payment documents Support in Retail Marketing & Event Management Retail Marketing: Support for the operational preparation and execution of all commercial and advertising measures at the Point of Sale Exhibition & Event Organisation: Support for operational planning, organisation and implementation of national and international trade fairs as well as events.

Training: Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. wholesaler and foreign trader, industrial businessman/wife, merchant/wife for office management) or a comparable qualification. You are also welcome with us as a motivated cross-income or organizational all-rounder!
