Become a leader in the Malteser region of Hessen, Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland. With your new team to be filled, you are responsible for the accounting and accounting of the social entrepreneurial services, as well as the compliance, digitization and optimization of financial processes. In this key role, you contribute to ensuring that our services work smoothly at over 80 locations and that we can support people in need. Among the many offers offered by the Malteser in the region are the home emergency call, menu service and disabled travel service as well as the outpatient care, school assistance and first aid training. With us, actively shape the future of social assistance and create together with us the financial foundations for effective support. The main place of employment is Oestrich-Winkel, but Home Office is possible in parts and by arrangement.

Calculation and correction: You are responsible for the timeliness, correct and complete billing and flawing of our social entrepreneurial services to both institutional customers and individuals. Construction and management of a team: You build your team (up to about 6 people) at the Oestrich-Winkel site, organize the division of work and develop your employees professionally. Contract management: You manage the performance contracts and keep the master data for the billing always up to date. Process optimization and digitization: You identify potential for improvement in financial processes, develop these continuously and advance the introduction of new digital tools and systems. Reporting and financial statements: You regularly report on the process and outcome of the financial processes. At the end of the year, you prepare all commercial bookings from the financial sector. cooperation with operational services, accounting management: You work closely with the responsible persons in the operational services and with financial accounting and management.

Qualification: You have successfully completed an economic study with a focus on finance, accounting or auditing – or have a comparable qualification Professional experience: You are already bringing well-founded experience in billing and invoices, ideally from the social economy or an organization with similar complex structures Operation: Your structured work will ensure the correct billing as well as the routined operation of your team. In addition, you have a high degree of autonomy, self-responsibility and solution orientation. Communication capability: You convince by your communication strength and act proactively.
