Working Student HR (m/f/d)

In order to support our dedicated HR team, we are looking for a working student as a parent-time representative who is actively supporting us in all administrative and organisational areas of human resources. You will get exciting insights into the daily business of our HR department. You can independently support administrative personnel, from the entrance to the exit of our employees You take the preparatory wage billing and continuously plead our HR system and our digital personal files You advise employees by phone and in person on general personal topics You work closely with the staff management and support in day-to-day business and in exciting HR projects You help to standardize policies and processes in the personnel sector

You are still at least one year as a student: enrolled in a degree course such as BWL, Business Psychology, Human Resources Management, etc. Ideally, you could gain first insights into the practice of the personnel area You like to work independently, think with you and enjoy actively introducing yourself into processes A professional, empathic appearance as well as a pronounced communication skills characterize you Discreet and responsible with sensitive, personal data Your mode of operation is structured and reliable, you can also keep track of multiple tasks With MS Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook) you are well familiar
