As part of a structured multi-week integration and internal qualification to the operator, we develop you specifically for use in the donation process. You will learn how to carry out venous puncture and be prepared step by step for your future tasks. After successful qualification, you will take over the following tasks: Conducting venous punctures for whole blood and plasma donations Device of plasmapheresis devices and monitoring the donation process Professional care of our donors during donation Support in possible donor reactions Ensuring quality and well-being throughout the entire donation process   (m/w/d), nursing assistant (m/w/d), nursing assistant (m/w/d), health and nursing assistants (m/w/d) or comparable medical or nursing training German knowledge of at least B2-/C1 level.
