As Team Leader Support (m/w/d) in our Voice Solutions division - our technologically leading pick-by-voice system for voice-guided processes - make your contribution to the digital and smart logistics of tomorrow! Specifically, you and your team solve problems and irregularities with our LYDIA voice products for our customers. You and your team answer requests from our customers and give your best to solve the problem as quickly as possible (e.g. by analyzing log files). You know the importance of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ensure their compliance with the satisfaction of our customers. If you are interested, you will accept the (additionally remunerated) willingness to call in exchange with other team members. You have a vigilant eye on ongoing customer systems, keep an overview and initiate measures if the situation requires that. You question processes within your responsibility critically, check optimization potentials, guide action recommendations and implement them independently. They have completed vocational training as a specialist informatics or comparable professional training with IT focus (e.g. computer science, IT system electronics, IT system management). They bring IT basic knowledge, at least a high IT affinity, with and know that the way to customer success requires very good communication skills and a high degree of empathy. You have already gained first leadership experience. Knowledge of the following topics will make it easier to enter your new role: Jira, Confluence, Windows CE, Android, Network (in particular WLAN), Windows Server, Linux, Docker, SQL. You have a strong affinity for information technology topics, complex software is fun for you. You have good knowledge of German and English.
