We realize exciting projects with our renowned customer Airbus Aerostructures and are looking for the next time a motivated employee for the position as "Mfg.Eng. Business Methods Engineer (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

• Create MTM STV (standard time value) and MTM UAS (universal balancing system)
• Contact for production, work preparation, engineering and central areas
• Timely evaluation of modifications, process optimizations and Improvement proposals
• Identification and implementation of optimization measures Production
• Planning, initiation, supervision and technical examination of Foreign work packages (work contracts) to create MTM STV Time calculations
• Implementation of time-economic projects
• Cross-programme clarification of time economics Policy issues and further development of MTM time building blocks
• further development of the calculation method and the Costing process for the Hamburg plant and cooperation in cross-work projects
• Creation of reports and presentations
• Creation of time-economic evaluations using common tools like TICON, Google Sheets, Palantir

Your profile:

• Complete studies in the field of industrial engineering, Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Over two years of work experience in the field of work preparation, Manufacturing/Production, Manufacturing Engineering and Process improvement
• Experience in performing time calculations with MTM STV Required
• Good knowledge of lean management and project management
• Good knowledge about SAP and TiCon
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• German language skills
• Speaking English
