For our Tax & Legal Solutions division, we are looking for you as a lawyer / full lawyer Transfer Pricing (w/m/d).

It's waiting for you Tax Law - You support in the preparation of expert opinions on international transfer pricing inquiries with a strong focus on tax law. You will also help the team analyze and design business processes in cross-border supply and performance relationships. Consulting - You accompany companies in optimizing their tax strategies in the context of corporate structures and cross-border transactions. You accompany clients through audits, disputes and defend their interests in financial courts as well as in international understanding procedures. Variety - Your tasks include the planning, implementation and documentation of cross-border billing pricing systems. You support in obtaining prior understanding and work on innovative approaches in the Transfer Pricing area with the aim of developing solutions for our clients and using the potential of our global PwC network.

That's what you bring You have successfully completed your (economic) legal studies and lectureship. You are passionate about the interface between law and business with an international focus and want to bring your legal knowledge into an interdisciplinary team. You have set the emphasis on tax law in your studies and in the Referendariat. You can demonstrate first experience through an internship or as part of first professional experience. Alternatively, you have a few years of professional experience. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
