You take the technical responsibility for the maintenance, inspection and maintenance of electrical and building equipment. Disorders are analysed and resolved, operations and management are also included. You can document your work results in detail and provide transparent reporting. You can show readiness and flexibility by participating in the temporary standby service.

Professional experience brings you, ideally through technical training in electrical engineering / electronics and first experience in technical building management. You work independently and service-oriented. You can use digital tools, especially for documentation and control. With good German skills (at least B1) you communicate clearly and safely with customers and team. You also have a class B license.
