They create and maintain guidelines, guidelines and sample documents for departments. Contracts for order processing are examined by you and negotiations are carried out. You create and maintain a framework for risk management in data protection and carry out risk analyses. The directory of processing activities will be further developed by you. Data protection training is carried out. You are aware of current legislative proposals and jurisdictions with data protection and develop implementing measures. Projects will be accompanied by you and, if necessary, the project coordination.

You have completed a degree in law with the 2nd State Exam. Ideally, you have already gained experience in data protection law. A certification as a company:r Data Protection Officer:r is already available or will be enabled. High conflictability and solution orientation characterize. They have very good communication skills and work independently.
