Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible for around 13,200 motorway kilometers as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures. In order to support our team in the Management Trustee, we are looking for you as a specialist (m/w/d) finance with a focus on finance management & authorization management.

Ensuring the operability, process stability and regularity of the management of resources and further development of the management of trust Control of Incidents and Change Requests as well as central administration and coordination in the environment of the Controllingsystem Bundesfernstraßebau (CSBF) Processing of role and authorization management, user registrations and access infrastructure as well as maintenance of central master data Responsible implementation of arrangements in the federal HKR system, including liquidity provision, allocation of funds and support for monthly and annual financial statements Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, user manuals and second level support in the field of investment planning Participation in IT requirements management, including coordination with service providers, system development and processing of IT-related change requests

Successfully completed university studies in economics, economic engineering, administrative sciences or comparable qualifications, knowledge or skills Multiannual professional experience in financial management and in-depth knowledge in the federal budget and grant law (BHO, VV‐BHO, title groups, chapter structures, commitment appropriations) Basic knowledge of administrative law and understanding of state control and control mechanisms in the context of trust Experience in handling complex IT specialist applications, in particular in test, release and change management processes Application experience in SAP‐ERP (ideally FI, CO, PS, PSM, SAP‐BO, SAP‐BW, HKR of the Federal) as well as business intelligence tools Embossed service and service and ideally experience in training
