As an experienced IT expert:in you take responsibility for the development and introduction of new systems – from conception to successful integration into the organization. You act as a central interface between internal departments and external service providers and ensure a smooth coordination of all stakeholders. By building a structured requirement management, you create the basis for targeted and efficient project work. From the first analysis to the selection of suitable solutions to the productive implementation, you accompany the entire process of introducing new IT systems. Internal communication for system implementation and success measurement are also within your responsibility. In doing so, you are actively introducing your ideas and shaping the digital development of the Ratiodata with the joy of innovation and vision. Perspectively, the chance to lead a growing team and to introduce your leadership skills.

You have completed your studies in the technical or business sector and brings several years of professional experience. In the implementation of complex IT projects, you feel safe – ideally you have already successfully accompanied system introductions. Technical understanding and willingness to change belong to you as well as a sense of practical solutions. With your structured, method-based approach, you can efficiently advance projects and keep track of dynamic phases. You are ready to travel occasionally to our sites and maintain personal exchange on site. Your communication strength, your team orientation and your sovereign appearance – both German and English – complete your profile.
