Your tasks: Advice and information of patients and their relatives in all social insurance and psychosocial issues both in individual talks and in the form of lectures

Support of clients in planning aftercare

Participation in interdisciplinary meetings

Priorities: Professional reintegration, severe disability right, patient guidance in personal, family, professional and economic matters

Collection of social anaemneses, preparation of social diagnosis and treatment of problems and questions of patients with the methods of social education

Your profile: Graduate degree / Higher Education

Funded expertise (social insurance law, care law, etc.)

Experiences in the field of clinics and health care

Cooperation and interest in efficient workflows

Skill and sensitivity in dealing with patients

Safe, friendly appearance, organizational talent as well as independent working
