As an established partner, we support the Sparkassen Financial Group in its forward-looking transformation and optimization projects.

Project and team management: You conduct independent demanding projects in the financial services sector with a focus on the Sparkassen financial group and engage internal and external project teams. Result responsibility: You take on independent planning, control, control and documentation and drive forward defined project goals (costs, time frames, quality). Management-Sparring: You communicate and present yourself at management and board level. Business Development: You build new customer relationships, maintain existing networks in a sustainable manner and participate in internal strategic issues as well as product developments.

Education: You have a successfully completed economic studies or a comparable qualification. Experience: You bring several years of professional experience in the management consultancy – especially well-founded successes in the project management and team management in the banking environment. Method thickness: You have very good analytical skills, pronounced design and implementation strength as well as a structured, independent working style. Leadership personality: You convince by hand-on mentality, enforcing power, high coordination capacity and a strong orientation to the needs of your client. Working method: You are an ambitious team player with a high level of willingness to use, sovereign appearance, enjoyment of entrepreneurship, have excellent knowledge of German (C2) and good knowledge of English.
