In your role, you will take care of our commercial trainees and dual students – of course, you are confidently voting with the departments and keep all regulations in mind. Recruitment and attitude are also on your agenda. But your skills are also in demand for target group-specific marketing activities for junior staff. You will also develop tailor-made schedules for coordinating and supporting the training at our company. Compared to our training partners, e.g. the IHK, you act as a competent contact person, you also stand aside for problems with advice and action. Last but not least, you develop innovative concepts and adapt existing concepts, processes and standards as needed.

Your success is based on a study of economics with a focus on personnel, psychology with a focus on work and organizational psychology or a comparable degree program. In addition, you will bring relevant professional practice in initial training, for example as an instructor (m/w/d) or training manager (m/w/d) – in the insurance or financial sector. If you have also completed the training exam, this would be a great addition. In any case, you are well aware of the methods of know-how transfer, discussion management, conflict management, moderation and presentation.
