You take over the leadership of your team during our two-shift system between 6:00 and 17:00, keep an overview and ensure a smooth run. The coordination of processes within your own sphere of responsibility in close cooperation with the team leaders is also one of your tasks. New employees accompany you onboarding and also take care of the further development of the existing team. Make sure that our quality standards are complied with at any time. The planning and implementation of process processes is in your hands - of course taking into account all legal requirements. You have a good sense of optimization potential and are constantly working to make our processes more economical. Relevant key figures and statistics evaluate and derive targeted measures.

You have completed training as a specialist in warehouse logistics (m/w/d) or have comparable professional experience. You have well-founded know-how in the field of warehouse logistics and bring appropriate leadership skills. Economic thinking and solution-oriented action are of course for you. Their operation is independent, structured and reliable. Also in stressful situations, you keep a cool head and get clear and fair. You bring intercultural competence and understand how to motivate teams and lead them to a cooperative relationship.
