Your tasks

You analyze, think new and improve our production processes – with a view to efficiency, quality and cost. You plan new machines, plants or automation solutions – and bring them to work together with the team. You coordinate with suppliers, take care of timely deliveries and smooth commissioning. You conduct time studies and capacity analyses – and use the results for real improvements. You work closely with production, logistics and QS – and bring new processes directly into everyday life. You are training employees when new processes are introduced – and soar for smooth transitions.

What you bring

Training or studies in the field of production engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable First experience in process planning / optimization – e.g. through internships, projects or professional experience You love data, but work with people – analytical & communicative You are going on tasks structured, you want to design, instead of just manage You bring your own initiative, implementation strength and team spirit
