Team manager of the technical building equipment?

As team manager TGA Anlagenbau, you take over the leadership of our project group in Karlsruhe. You understand motivating people and inspire your fellow human beings for your projects. You coordinate project-related tasks within the project group of mechanical TGA units, together with your employees and colleagues. Due to your relevant professional experience, you are always entitled.

• Coordination of tasks within the project group
• cooperation with internal and external project participants; Project processing and sales in plant engineering
• Continuous optimization of workflows
• Monitoring of projects with regard to project financing and margin
• Evaluation of opportunities, risks and control elements in the project
• Defining and tracking the project objectives in terms of quality, dates and costs
• Active support of project leaders in daily business
• Ensuring the implementation of relevant standards and legal regulations
• Personnel deployment planning, professional and disciplinary management of the associated employees (project management, construction, merchants)

Your profile - you should bring:

• Study of energy and building technology, supply technology or a comparable course of studies with a focus on heating, air conditioning, ventilation
• Alternative Technicians / Master of Supply Technology
• Multiannual experience as a technician / project manager of the TGA (focus HKLS) mandatory
• Communication and leadership, which allows you the motivation and promotion of your employees
• High reliability, economic thinking and action, as well as analytical skills
• Self-employed, structured working with a strong target orientation
• German language skills and driving licence of class B
• Good VOB knowledge
