Specialist for pool operations as team leader leisure pool (m/f/d)

You shall ensure the fulfilment of traffic safety, supervisory and organisational obligations in pre- and post-processing as well as during the supervision of the public bathing establishment according to Directive 94.05 of the German Society for Bathing

You create schedules and coordinate the holiday planning of the employees.

You control and maintain the hourly accounts in the MTZ system.

You carry out employee instruction, team meetings and teachings and take over the technical guidance and the incorporation of new colleagues.

You ensure consistent compliance with the home and bathing regulations.

You supervise and supervise the trainees and actively participate in the implementation of the training plan.

You coordinate the maintenance and maintenance of the technical facilities and electrical equipment of the leisure pool in close cooperation with the technical team.

You ensure that the disinfection and cleaning plan is properly implemented in the leisure pool.

You create course plans and coordinate the course managers and agree with the team management reception.

You have a successfully completed training as a specialist for bathing plants.

You have already collected relevant professional experience in the field of bathing establishments.

You bring well-founded expertise in bathing, water treatment, hygiene regulations and safety.

First experiences in a leading role are advantageous – ideally in the guidance of employees or trainees.

A training course (AEVO) is desirable, but no condition.

You work independently, responsibly and structured.

You have a high level of team capacity, communication strength and enforcement capability.

You are ready to work on weekends, holidays and shiftwork.

You show willingness to take over MOD services.

Safe handling of common computer applications (e.g. service plan software, MS Office) is advantageous.
