Plastics Processors (m/f/d)

You apply fiber reinforcements by hand-laying and process the resin systems Unsaturated Polyester (UP), Epoxy (EP) and Vinyl Ester (VE). You apply the vacuum infusion process, control vacuum and resin infusion and produce high-quality composite components. You process pre-impregnated semi-finished fiber products (prepreg) and produce components with exactly matched fiber orientation and resin quantity. You repair existing fiber composite components, restore damaged areas and ensure the return to the original performance. You serve digital control units (BU's), use projection lasers for precise fiber alignment and control the molding machine for producing complex geometries.

You have a completed training as a construction mechanic. You have several years of professional experience as a fiber composite plastic processor according to DVS 2290/2220. Safe handling of Excel and Word is natural for you; CAD knowledge is advantageous. You work with a high quality awareness and continuously strive for improvements. You are open to further qualification and training. You prefer a team-oriented operation and bring the necessary communication and cooperation capability.
