Location: North Rhine-Westphalia, DE Department: R&D Job Summary Responsible for planning, organizing, executing and leading packaging projects in support of West's Elastomers & Primary Containment platform. Drive technical solutions for sterilizable packaging of containment components for pharmaceutical customers, work with cross-functional development teams and work with strategic suppliers to develop and improve packaging systems in life cycle management (LCM) and Customer Development Agreements (DA) projects. As a member of the LCM Component Packaging Team, act as a subject matter expert for component packaging and close work in multidisciplinary and international groups with global engineering, procurement and quality assurance to drive technical decisions which support West's business objectives. Key responsibilities include engaging with various project teams and functional groups at West to develop packaging critical to the integrity of West's products, supporting complex supply chain and in the sustainment of commercial packaging. .
