Development and compaction of our business parks, among others, by new construction of commercial halls Presentation of Value-Add Potential in compliance with defined returns General responsibility as a builder for the design and implementation of a new building portfolio Commercial halls, Germany-wide Continuation and development of modular “Sirius-Gewerbehalle” with standard construction description Commercial halls certified to Breeam taking into account ESG inspections Creating roadmaps from the first idea to completion and handover to the tenant Construction and leadership of an external architect and technical engineering team Central project starting point both externally and internally Control and monitoring of project planning and realisation (temporal, technical, commercial) Parallel control of several projects in different project phases at different locations Contact building and care to local authorities, authorities & regionally operating project partners Own implementation of award negotiations
