Social Service Specialist (m/f/d)

You carry out a holistic and demand-oriented consultation and accompany performance-related and cross-subsidiary issues. You ensure a targeted and fast coordination of performance decisions. You are responsible for ensuring a stable, cost-effective and sustainable overall supply situation and ensure high customer satisfaction.

You have a degree as a Bachelor of Arts Social Work in Healthcare or Diplom-Social Teacher/Diplom-Social Teacher. In addition, you bring first professional experience in the social service. From yourself, you can see situations that make a quick decision necessary. You recognize customer and market requirements and implement them in customer solutions. You communicate trustworthy, confident and sensitive. In challenging situations, you will be able to prove yourself resilient and successfully complete tasks. You are mobile and have the license class B as well as their own car.
