In an 18-month trainee program, you will explore the different business areas of LBBW. We prepare you as a potential provider:in an individual, targeted and professional way, for your demanding work after the trainee program.

Standalone: In the middle of it, instead of only in the first day. We look forward to your support as a valuable team member in the various areas of LBBW. Responsible: You will independently process your own tasks and topics and take responsibility for it. Your expertise is also in demand for cross-departmental projects. Networked: sharing, exchanging, multiplying knowledge - you build your own network, gain a broad, group-wide insight. Future-oriented: You recognize current and future challenges of the banking industry. To do this, you develop suitable solutions and accompany their sustainable implementation.

Qualified: You have studied economics, economic mathematics or information technology, physics and related fields or law and have an excellent Bachelor or Master degree. Find out: The banking world is not a new country for you. Through internships or working students, you have already gained practical experience and have proven an extensive economic understanding. Innovative: Digital media and agile ways of working inspire you. With fresh ideas and high performance, you are working on new topics. Communicative: Whether in German or English - You communicate safely on all levels, you are open and experienced.
