Planning, design and design of sanitary facilities in modular buildings Creation of execution and assembly plans and material lists Coordination of new construction and reconstruction projects in the HLS area Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, standards and guidelines (e.g. DIN, GEG, drinking water regulation) Close cooperation with design, sales and external specialist planners Technical clarification with authorities and project partners

Complete study of supply/building technology or completed training as technician or master in the field of sanitary/heating technology Professional experience in technical building equipment, ideally in the field of modular buildings Knowledge of drinking water hygiene, sound protection, heat protection and GEG Safe handling of CAD systems (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) and MS Office Self-employed and structured work Team spirit and sense of responsibility
