Tasks

• Guest Experience: Welcome hot, answer questions, show ways to make mood
• Info-Point & Cash: Equipment management (e.g. controller rental), sales & cashier activities
• Event support: preparation, execution & follow-up of events; Engineering & Mobiliar
• Technik-Basics: Check PCs, Consoles & periphery, solve minor problems quickly; escalate IT/Broadcast
• Security & order: support compliance with house rules, keep areas clean & ready for use
• Teamplay: Close exchange with location, event and broadcast team – where it is burning

Profile

• Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
• First practice in service/single trading, event or customer environment of advantage
• Hands-on & proactive: You see tasks and take over
• Very good German knowledge, basic English helpful
• Technikaffin: PC/Konsolen-Basics, fast troubleshooting
• Flexible for use in the afternoon/night and weekend
• Nice to have: Experience with broadcast/streaming or ticketing systems
