Preparing and carrying out exploration processes and supporting the procurement procedures for the spatial accommodation of service users, including: Continuous, precautionary search of the real estate market and the real estate stock of BImA Consultation of users about the procedures and options to cover the space requirement and determination of the variants to be examined, including the implementation of market analyses, implementation of interest-examination procedures, inclusion of brokers Defining property requirements taking into account the requirements to be agreed with the user/in terms of space requirements, future management requirements, clarification of requirements on the site, etc. Variant examination including various factors and future property operations, including continuous user involvement Implementation of economic studies Implementation of the (new-)submission variant chosen by the user by a procurement order, among others guidance of purchase and lease negotiations under Based on the survey results Completion of purchase or purchase Rental contracts including Subsidies in direct connection with the procurement Completion of agreements to ensure essential rights

Qualification: Completed university degree (Dipl.
