Tourist advice on the counter, by phone and email Advice, mediation and sale of city tours, tourist packages and souvenirs at the counter and back office Accounting, cash management, statistics and inventory in tourist information Production, organisation and sale of packages and packages Services and accommodation in Feratel Sales and marketing tasks, e.g. brochure delivery, suspensions, expenses Participation in other relevant projects and events General office management

You have a successfully completed training as a tourism businessman (m/w/d), merchant (m/w/d) for tourism and leisure or a general commercial training with professional experience in the tourist sector. Ideally, you have an instructor certificate. You will enjoy dealing with customers and friendly and service-oriented appearance. You have good communication and cooperation capabilities and work structured and independent. You are flexible, resilient and ready for services at municipal events, festivals and markets, including evenings or weekends. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) complete your profile, ideally you are also familiar with tourist software systems such as Feratel.
