Our Hotel Seeblick is located in the beautiful spa town of Bernried am Starnberger See. Located on the Wegradr, this hotel is a 3-minute walk from the lake. It is now privately run in the fourth generation of the Lütjohann family.

We have 102 rooms and suites, 3 apartments, 6 meeting rooms, a restaurant with a large hall and beer garden, a spa and fitness area as well as two fully automated bowling alleys.

On February 1, 2026 we are looking for apprentices with passion for cooking. You will get to know all the items of a professional kitchen: Gardemanger, Entremetier, Saucier etc. You work with fresh products and learn to cook from scratch You create menus, align, learn hygiene requirements & kitchen organization You are an active team member from the first day – with responsibility and fun duration of training: 3 years (can be shortened to 2.5 years) Training according to the standards of the IHK Oberbayern

Valid visa or work permit for Germany School completion: primary school, school or school German knowledge at least on B2 level Creativity, craftsmanship and enthusiasm for cooking Team spirit, honesty, discipline & resilience Cleanliness, sense of responsibility and pleasure in physical work
