As the central unit around Data & Analytics, we are responsible for the exciting data pool of the real estate segment of the Union Investment, including all essential information about our real estate portfolios and fund products. With our daily work, we cover the relevant information needs of all relevant decision-makers and support the further development of the Union Investment towards a data-driven company. On the one hand, we are able to achieve this through the timely, company-wide uniform and high-quality provision of internal and external standard reporting. On the other hand, the unit takes care of the continuous development of our data platform to make use of all these data for user-driven analyses and forecasts. As Data Governance Manager*in, you contribute significantly to the operationalization of our data strategy and the further development of data quality management. Your activities include: Development of data governance strategies that promote awareness and understanding of data within the organization Regular votes with the departments to win their representatives for data governance topics and tasks and to initiate impulses for the further development of the data governance organization Organisation and preparation of data governance bodies together with relevant stakeholders elaboration of quality management techniques to measure, evaluate and improve the data, and their implementation and further development Coordination and control of complete and quality-assured metadata maintenance in the data catalogue Guidance and advice of projects in implementing data management activities Proactive development of modern data culture
