Competent customer support Processing of customer requests including delivery creation and complete order processing Ensuring smooth order acquisition and processing in our ERP system Active cooperation on ongoing projects

Completed commercial vocational training Multiannual experience in customer care Optimized in handling CRM and ERP systems, ideally Salesforce and/or SAP Safe handling of MS Office Good English knowledge of word and writing Embossed communication strength and customer orientation Teamability, flexibility and a high level of sense of responsibility complete your profile
