Part-time HR Consultant Payroll and Payroll (50-70%) (m/f/d)

Then become part of our team and take the following tasks: You make sure the monthly wage and salary billing in the team with coordinated representation All requests and notifications to health insurance companies and authorities are processed reliably and on time Compliance with all statutory information, certification and reporting obligations is within your responsibility As a contact person, you support our HR colleagues and employees You advise our employees competently in all tax and social insurance issues The timely creation of statistics and evaluations is one of your tasks as well as the participation in annual accounts activities You take over the handling and care of various employee benefits (e.g. JobRad, Hansefit) In addition, you are actively involved in projects for the continuous improvement and optimization of our processes.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on personnel or pay billing (e.g. industrial merchant/buyer, tax specialist, personnel specialist/buyer, wage and salary book holder/in IHK etc.) You bring multi-year professional experience in payroll accounting, SAP skills are beneficial You have very good knowledge of pay tax and social security law The safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel, is of course for you You have fun advising colleagues competently You are passionate about the standardization, optimization and digitization of processes You work independently and draw your attention through extremely high reliability Very good German skills complete your profile
