• They support the shift manager in personnel deployment and resource deployment planning

• You have a daily mission meeting with the shift ladders

• They cooperate in the field and support the daily processes

• You take over the daily shift transfer with the team opponents of the opposite layer

• You have the responsibility for team building your group

• The enforcement and monitoring of all relevant safety and hygiene standards is your responsibility

• You have completed training as a specialist in warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification

• They bring well-founded professional experience in logistics and could possibly already take over first leadership tasks

• You are familiar with goods management systems and are ready to work into new programs

• You are a team player and esteeming communication is easy for you

• You are motivated to develop your team and work forward-looking
