As a fullstack software developer:in (w/m/d), you develop AI-based solutions in the Tribe Data Analytics that make consulting in corporate customer banking smarter and more efficient. You work in a cross-functional team on the Omnikanal platform (OKP) and introduce your technical skills along the entire stack – from frontend to backend to CI/CD.

Development and development of modern full stack applications with Python (Backend) and Angular (Frontend) along the complete product lifecycle Integration of AI components and LLMs in consulting solutions Cooperation with other shoots to embed the AI assistant in our corporate customer solutions Support in the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, OpenShift) Active participation in an open feedback and learning culture in the team

No one can do anything, the right mix does it! Knowledge of agile software development with Python and Angular Experience in using FastAPI Understanding modern CI/CD processes (including GitLab, OpenShift) Customer-centric thinking Communication strength, self-responsibility and desire for close cooperation in the team and with other teams Additional advantage: Knowledge in Jira and Confluence Scrum and SAFe experiences Experience in dealing with Large Language Models (LLMs) or the willingness to work on you First experience with speech recognition or AI-based transcription Interest in the banking and consulting context In addition, you bring: Teamability and a proactive, solution-oriented approach Willingness to take responsibility and actively live feedback Good knowledge of German (project and team language) Good English skills are a plus
