Consultation and support of managers and employees in the KUTTER Group on personal and labour law issues Creation, examination and adaptation of work contracts, additional agreements and labour law documents in their defined care area Coordination of applicant management including implementation of interviews in cooperation with the departments Accompanying individual measures (e.g. dismissals, terminations, transfers) Support in implementing HR projects Identification of optimization potentials in existing HR processes and joint implementation in the team

You have a completed study or training in the field of staff and at least 3 years of professional experience Knowledge in the field of labour law You work structured and independent and have a pronounced service orientation “Hands-on-Mentality” with pleasure in a mixture of operational and strategic work Professional appearance and sovereign handling of different target groups and hierarchical levels Good MS Office365 knowledge
