As part of Procurement Engineering, you are in a key position between purchasing and development within KHS GmbH as well as suppliers and manufacturing. By participating in development and value analysis projects, you have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the future business success while gaining an interesting insight into many different areas of the company.

To prepare you optimally for your new task, go through a special training program where you will get to know all the important areas of expertise. In addition to the opportunity to establish valuable contacts, this program offers you the opportunity to look at problems from different angles. Their activities include: leadership of and/or cooperation in development and value analysis projects with the aim of reducing product and process costs ‘Make or Buy’ analyses and decision making Design for Manufacturing support / Design to Cost (Technical) Market and demand analysis and identification of suitable suppliers Monitoring and analysis of the global procurement market with regard to technological developments and evaluation of the usability of new technologies for KHS

Complete study of economic engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification Preferably first professional experience in the industrial environment or in machine and plant engineering Very good Microsoft Office knowledge and general IT affinity Very good English in word and writing Ability to analytical thinking Target-oriented and independent operation Impressed communication skills and high social competence High level of team capacity and flexibility readiness to travel
