Facility Manager (m/f/d)

You control and monitor the use of service providers in facility management and industrial trucks; in particular, you coordinate the use of foreign companies. You are responsible for the conceptual building management, e.g. in terms of work safety, care, disposal and cleaning, repair or maintenance. You will ensure operator obligations, emergency management and energy concepts. You participate in the management of the area tasks and in the strategic development of the area. You control the gas, water and electricity supply and manage the counter readings. You monitor the audit of all auditable facilities. You are responsible for monitoring and setting the building control technology, light, heat, EMA. You carry out small repairs and general craft activities. You make sure that the necessary consumables and work materials are held and managed.

You've completed an apprenticeship in a craft occupation. Ideally, you have experience in facility management. You have knowledge of MS Office applications Outlook and Excel. You are professional with critical and challenging situations as well as unpredictable events. You are motivated, responsible and has team spirit as well as a professional appearance. You have good knowledge of German in word and writing. You trade in solution-oriented and practically in business sense.
