Our interdisciplinary team of doctors, nursing experts and therapists of hematology and oncology works closely together and pursues a holistic approach in patient care. In this responsible position, you take over the organisation and coordination of outpatient oncological care. You work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure first-class care for our patients.

You are responsible for the organisation and coordination of care processes. You actively participate in patient care and assist in carrying out oncological therapies and nursing measures. You ensure individual and high-quality care for patients and are contact persons for their needs and needs. You develop and optimize work and patient processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of care quality. You implement operational quality standards as well as current legal, medical and hygienic requirements in nursing practice. You are significantly involved in the development of personnel, promote continuous training and qualification of the team and support the creation of staff and service plans. You work closely with the interdisciplinary team and ensure close communication between doctors, therapists and nurses.

You have completed training as a nurse. A further development in oncology or a palliative-care course is desirable. A completed study in the field of care or a further education for the management of a station is advantageous. You bring several years of professional experience in oncology, ideally also in a leading function. You are characterized by a structured and targeted way of working and also keep an overview in stressful situations. You have high social competence, are team-capable and cooperative and are happy to take responsibility. You have a high level of empathy and sensitivity in dealing with patients and their relatives.
