Your tasks

• Special responsibility for the area of the building and shipyards

• coordination with other trade unions and external service providers in the field of tasks
• Professional and organizational leadership of specialists and group leaders
• Implementation of planned work according to the hourly schedule and schedule

• Complete training in a profession of industrial engineering or a comparable technical profession
• Master qualification in the field of industrial engineering or industrial locksmithery
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Motivation to take responsibility and make decisions
• willingness to acquire the necessary computer skills, e.g. AMS and MS Office
• Engagement for continuous personal and professional development
• Self-employed, structured working with high quality awareness
• Excellent communication skills and high social competence
• Good English knowledge of word and writing in at least B1 level
