(Senior) Consultant Restructuring & Corporate Finance (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Consultant Restructuring & Corporate Finance (m/w/d) as soon as possible.

Do you not fear challenging situations in companies and do you want to make existing things better? Then you're right with us. We analyse the situation of our clients and jointly develop effective stabilisation measures at short notice. In the crisis-related environment, you identify approaches to short-term effective stabilisation measures to give our clients time to tackle their respective challenges. For example, you will explore the financing structure of our clients, conduct benchmark and market development studies, and advertise them to show structural deficits, but also opportunities and risks for further development. Building on this, we develop concrete, short-term effective measures, accompany the implementation and thus also conduct discussions with a wide range of stakeholders.

Special requirements: Complete business or economic studies with relevant priorities

first professional experience in restructuring consulting, insolvency consulting or corporate finance consulting

High understanding of the relationship between balance sheet, GuV and capital flow accounting

Basic requirements: Joy in developing new
