HR - Payroll and Controlling (f|m|d)

You support our team through professional office management with a focus on pay billing and HR controlling. You carry out activities in the reporting and certification system, initial evaluations (Excel, PowerBI) and capture the data of employees in the systems. You accompany the on-time billing (SAP), including all pre- and post-processing, for our employees of the German locations (in cooperation with a colleague). You take care of and advise our employees on various questions. You develop professionally and personally.

You have successfully completed your tax/commercial training or your studies in Business Administration. You are reliable and work in earnings- and service-oriented, as well as attach great value to discretion and enjoy working in the team. You could already gain experience in accounting with the SAP HCM system – a plus, but no need. You have very good knowledge of German (at least C1 level, safe to negotiate).
