Support in budget planning (budget, third-party funding, POKAL-Graduiertenkolleg, funding) Preparation of presentations, protocols and decision-making documents for the institute management Personnel management (settings and contract extensions in cooperation with the personnel department, the incorporation of new employees, the support of student assistants and doctoral students, certification, medical reports, holiday planning) Contract management (cooperation, forwarding and service contracts in cooperation with the contract department) appointment and travel management of the Institute Director as well as content preparation and follow-up of central dates Event planning, office orders, catering and room service Member of the Institute Development Group (operating parties, organisation in the team etc.) Interface in the administrative organization at the institute Acquisition of an important role as a contact person for organisational questions in the team and in communication with internal and external bodies
