We enable political control by the IT Planning Council and help to enable a lean, modern and digital administration. You guide the team of specialist synchronization for the successful surface rollout of the NOOTS. To do this, you will accompany the Ministerial Conferences and Departments in their tasks relating to register modernization and, together with your team, lay the foundations for the comprehensive use of the NOOTS. You take the personal leadership and further development of a small team. You coordinate the acceptance and control of requirements from the Ministerial Conferences and Departments and, on this basis, shape the further development of the NOOTS strategically, together with the other departments of the expert coordinating body (connection, data management and law). You represent the NOOTS to representatives: within the trade ministerial conferences and specialist departments at federal and state level, as well as other external partners. You actively participate in the stakeholder communication of the NOOTS implementation organisation – in close coordination with the communication team and in cooperation with internal bodies and stakeholders.

university diploma or master's degree in the field of administrative sciences, social sciences, economics, public administration or a comparable field; as an alternative to relevant and detectable skills and qualifications at master level and at least five years of professional experience in a correspondingly qualified activity. You have already managed a small team or have assumed responsibility for people and results in a comparable way. Experiences in digitalization projects of public administration and knowledge of federal administrative structures are brought along. Structured, independent and solution-oriented work is of course for you – also in complex coordination positions with many stakeholders. Language is your tool – in German and English you communicate clearly and accurately, orally as in writing. You are convinced by network competence, interdisciplinary thinking and a high level of team orientation and flexibility.
