We are looking for Teamleiter (m/w/d) from 01.04.2026 · 100% The Badische Jugendrotkreuz (JRK) is the self-responsible youth association of the Badische Roten Kreuz with about 4,500 members. For the management of this task we are looking for a pedagogical specialist as of 01.04.2026 in the amount of 100% regular work time.

Responsibility for the educational offer and the voluntary management bodies of the Youth Red Cross Conceptual and strategic development of the Youth Association Team management of 3 senior staff in the JRK External representation of the Youth Association and external bodies Budget planning and third-party management Advice and support of the volunteers of our DRK circles Development of supportive work aids and materials

Study of social work / education or comparable qualification well-founded experiences and competencies in the youth association work and in cooperation with volunteers are of advantage Organisational and communication skills Ability to work together across teams and disciplines Experience in the organisation and implementation of events and conferences Identification with the principles of the Red Cross
