You support in order processing, keeps delivery dates in mind and prep orders for shipping

You take the customer correspondence and discussions in German and English, always professional and service-oriented

You coordinate country registration requests and act as an interface between internal departments and customers

You will provide all relevant information in the CRM and ERP system and ensure that data is up-to-date and correct

You're working on dunlists, discussing change-request processes and ensuring smooth processes between project management and customers

Professional experience in a comparable position

Very good English skills

Safe handling of Microsoft Office 365 and ideally experience with CRM and ERP systems
