Processing of customer requests (object, criticism, suggestions) by phone, email and letter Support of mailboxes and acquisition of customer phone calls Advising new and existing customers:inside and processing of ticket and ABO products Support in contract management: contract systems, changes, extensions and maintenance of customer master data Inbox processing and scanning, archiving and document storage

Continuous study of economics or a comparable degree programme High customer and service orientation Safe handling of Microsoft Office Knowledge of SAP, PTNova, MOBILE Vario, desirable Good written and oral expressiveness Good knowledge of English
