E-commerce expert / Senior e-commerce expert – SEO, Shopify and online marketing – Rostock (m/f/d)

As an e-commerce expert or senior e-commerce expert (m/w/d) at the Bargeshagen site, you are developing our online bike, e-bikes and accessories shop operationally and – depending on your experience and project responsibility – strategically. The focus is on your comprehensive SEO skills, safe handling of Shopify or a comparable shop platform, as well as your experience in online marketing. The position must be filled in full time and with a 5-day week as standard. The classification depends on your experience, your self-employment and your responsibilities.

Your tasks

Care, structuring and optimization of product data, categories, landing pages and content in the online shop Implementation and further development of onpage-SEO measures, including keyword research, page titles, meta-data, internal linking and search machine-friendly content Analysis of search performance, competitors, customer behavior and shop data as well as deriving concrete optimization measures Planning and implementation of online marketing measures in the fields of content, SEA, newsletter and social media Care and optimization of the online shop with Shopify as well as care of the relevant product and shop data Creating reports on shop performance with tools such as Sistrix, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Klaviyo and the AI applications used Optimization of conversion, usability and customer journey based on relevant key figures and web analytics Close cooperation with Online Sales, Media Design, IT, Purchasing, Logistics, Customer Service and if necessary external service providers

Experience in e-commerce, online store management, online marketing or in a comparable position Comprehensive practical SEO skills in onpage optimization, keyword research, content, technical foundations and internal linking Safe handling of Shopify or any other professional e-commerce or shop platform Experience in the care and optimization of product data, categories, landing pages and shop contents Practical knowledge of online marketing, in particular in content, SEA, newsletter or social media Safe handling of analysis and marketing tools, ideally Sistrix, Google Analytics and Google Merchant Center Analytical, structured and independent working methods as well as a good understanding of conversion, usability and relevant e-commerce KPIs Interest in bicycles, e-bikes and the digital requirements of bicycle retail For the classification as a senior expert e-commerce, you will also gain experience in the independent management of smaller e-commerce projects, the analysis of customer behavior and conversion, the coordination of external service providers or the professional support of other employees.
