Trainee SAP Key User & Business Process Management (m/f/d)

Consulting & Process Design: You work with new customer implementations as well as change requests and actively support the design and optimization of end-to-end logistics processes in close cooperation with customers, departments (logistics), IT and external partners:inside Application & Requirements Management: You analyze, structure and prioritise technical requirements and identify optimization potentials. You work operatively in SAP (SD, WM, EWM, ERP) as well as connected systems and accompany the implementation of solutions along logistical processes, interfaces and automations within the system landscape. Test Management & Quality Assurance: You plan, perform and document structured tests including test design, scenarios, defect management and decreases to ensure high system and process quality. Working with tools like Jira Transfer & Stabilisation: You document processes and system adaptations according to BPM standards (BPMN 2.0) and ensure a sustainable transfer to the operating units to ensure stable processes Product & Standardization: You support the further development of central standards and IT products (best practices, templates) and are responsible for the preparation and structuring of professional requirements for scaling solutions across customers Business Understanding (end-to-end): Within the program you build a holistic understanding of the end-to-end value creation chain through operations in various areas (e.g. BPM, Customer Service, Operations, SAP Agile Teams). Developing a sound understanding of the interconnection of logistics processes with the underlying IT system landscape (SAP, Middleware, 3rd Parties) Explore – Industry Rotation: Get insight into three different industries (tech, healthcare, consumer products) to develop a broad understanding of processes, industries and systems in different business models and customer requirements

Education: Successfully completed master's degree in (economic) informatics, maths, physics, industrial engineering or a comparable degree course. SAP: Funded knowledge in the field of SAP WM/ and SAP ERP Process and IT affinity: High affinity for processes and IT, fun in complex relationships within the entire IT landscape (SAP – Middleware – 3rd Parties) Tool Stack: Safe handling of common tools (especially MS Office, JIRA) as well as knowledge of BPM 2.0 tools (BIC). Language knowledge & readiness: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, which frameworks of projects are used in Europe Analytical Skills: Structured and Targeted Operation with High Level of Individual Initiative
